Ann VanderMeer

Ann VanderMeer is a publisher and editor of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. She lives with her husband and collaborator Jeff VanderMeer in Talahasee, Florida.
Ann is the fiction editor of the fantasy and horror magazine Weird Tales.
As Ann Kennedy, she founded Buzzcity Press and, in 1988, The Silver Web magazine, devoted to experimental and avant-garde fantasy literature. Work from Buzzcity Press has been recognized for many honors including the British Fantasy Award, International Rhysling Award, Theodore Sturgeon Award, and International Horror Guild.
Ann married Jeff VanderMeer in 2003.
